Customer Service Representative Debra Waters is a native of Kinston, NC, a graduate of Kinston High School, and a graduate of Lenoir Community College. She is a 30-year insurance veteran, forging a career that many only envy. She became a team member at Eastern Carolina Insurances Kinston office in November 2016 and enjoys the daily interaction with clients as she helps them protect what they have worked so hard for. She is looked on by many not just as an agent but as a friend!
