Norma serves as an Account Manager at our Goldsboro office. Originally from Albertson, North Carolina, Norma joined the Eastern Carolina Insurance team in 2026 and brings a warm, helpful presence to the clients she serves.
As a bilingual team member, Norma helps make communication easier and more accessible for the customers and families who rely on our services. Outside of work, she is a proud mother of three and is very involved in her local church, where she enjoys serving and staying connected to her community.
