Insurance Agent Brent King is a native of Goldsboro, NC and a 1978 graduate of Eastern Carolina University with a BSBA (Business Administration Degree). He began his career with Nationwide Insurance in April 1984 after spending six years in the finance business. His reputable career has been based on a foundation of customer service. Brent believes in serving people. A single man, Brent has two grown children – Robbie and Jessica – and two grandchildren. When not in the office he enjoys spending time with his family and his friends, going to college and professional sporting events, and spending time at the beach and in the mountains. During his career Brent King has been honored with a position on the Chairman’s Life Council as the #8 of the Top 25 Agents in the United States as well as a position on the Chairman’s Auto Council as the #4 of the Top 25 Agents in the United States.
Jeff is a native of Jason, North Carolina in Greene County where he first graduated from Greene Central High School and then North Carolina State University. He started his professional life teaching high school. After those years he spent another 7 seven years in manufacturing before entering the industrial and construction services industry. Jeff has been involved in insurance as a licensed agent since 2014. Together with his wife Jane, he managed an insurance agency of their own prior to joining Eastern Carolina Insurance in March 2019. As with many, he enjoys his position because he is able to help customers select the right insurance to protect those things that matter most. Superior customer service has always been his top priority no matter what industry he happens to be in. Jeff has been married to fellow account manager Jane Suggs for 25 years. The two have two children: Jeffrey, a 24-year-old, and Carole, a 20-year-old. The couple lives in Seven Springs, NC, and when not working alongside his bride, Jeff loves grilling out, spending time walking his property, and occasionally turning a wrench or two on his vehicles.
Colleen hails all the way from Cleveland, Ohio, where she graduated from Elyria High School. She began her 26-year insurance career as a property and casualty agent. She joined the Goldsboro office in 2008 in order to better serve customers and save them money on their insurance policies. She and her husband call Goldsboro home and has two children and three step-children. Colleen also has nine step-grandchildren. During her personal time she enjoys attending her church, and spending time with her family.
